Caramelized Pork Belly by Angela Seah Thulin
Caramelized Pork Belly using the latest dark soya sauce (Nov 2014) in the market..
500g Pork belly, cut
1.5 tbsp Feng He Garden dark soya sauce
1/2 tbsp Minced garlic...
Some veg oil
Sugar if desire (I use 1 tsp)
Heat up the wok with oil, then add garlic in. Once garlic turn fragrant, add the pork belly in and stir fry till the meat turn fully opaque. Then add dark soya sauce in and mix them together. Stir fry till the meat is almost cooked then add sugar in. Let it caramelized and done. Otherwise (if to omit sugar), cooked the meat till its ready.
